Job Description

Im a single dad with two boys, Parker (7) and Ryder (5). Theyre total opposites, which keeps things interesting around here.
Parker is calm, soft-hearted, affectionate, and easygoing. Hes a sweetheart, loves connection, routines, and is usually happy just hanging out and helping.
Ryder is strong-willed, very opinionated, funny, smart, and full of personality. Hes more challenging and needs clear boundaries, consistency, and someone who can be patient, confident, and steady with him.
Both boys are loving, active, and thrive best with structure, fairness, and calm energy. Im looking for a sitter who is kind, grounded, and comfortable with two very different personalities, someone who can be warm but also firm when needed.
If youre someone who enjoys kids, values routines, and brings a calm, steady presence, youll fit in well here.
