Fund Force Group is a third-party marketing and fundraising agency that partners with charities and hospitals across Canada. We specialize in donor acquisition, helping non-profit organizations expand their donor base, increase funding, and successfully deliver their programs.

We are currently hiring a Fundraising Team Leader to manage, coach, and develop a team of fundraisers while ensuring strong campaign performance, compliance, and budget delivery.

Fundraising Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of fundraisers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
• Drive donor acquisition performance across assigned charity and hospital campaigns.
• Ensure all fundraising activities follow compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and client requirements.
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics; provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed.
• Support campaign management, quality control, and operational execution.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and performance development of new team members.
• Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and results-driven execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage people, performance targets, and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and campaign standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based role.
