If you&#39;re a motivated leader with a passion for the Tim Hortons brand, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As a Tim Hortons Supervisor, you&#39;ll play a vital role in ensuring our team delivers outstanding customer experiences and maintains efficient operations. You&#39;ll lead by example, fostering a positive atmosphere and supporting team members to achieve their best.</p><p><strong>Hours of shifts would be 6-3, 7-4pm, 8-5, 12-8pm, 2-11pm</strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></li><li>Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching.</li><li>Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Address team member concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.</li><li>Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong></li><li>Ensure adherence to Tim Hortons standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.</li><li>Manage food costs by helping to minimize waste.</li><li>Monitor and maintain equipment functionality.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
