• Assigns cleaning and other side duties

• Supervises station and coordinates with the Manager-In-Charge

• Trains and coaches Team Members and supports team for LTO execution

• Completes HAACP log

• Conducts table visits (Service)

• Ensures brand standards are met

• Rotate Team Members for breaks

• Receive deliveries, ensures FIFO and product rotation, track and record waste

• Lead and work with the Team Members in achieving team goals
