What You’ll Do



  • Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment as a Field Service Technician at our Calmont Leasing location – Winnipeg, MB.

  • Operate out of a service truck, maintaining our fleet of medium and heavy‑duty trucks. Deliver efficient and high‑quality service, repairs, adjustments, and maintenance as directed by the Service Manager.

  • Interpret work orders and technical manuals to execute tasks accurately.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and adjustments to ensure the longevity and safety of our vehicles.

  • Diagnose and rectify faults and malfunctions efficiently.

  • Complete warranty repairs with correct OEM procedures.

  • Replace or repair defective parts, components, or systems with precision.

  • Assess vehicles to determine the need for additional safety or service work.

  • Conduct comprehensive tests on repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with manufacturers’ specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage a small inventory of essential parts and tools to support on‑site repairs and maintenance.

  • Prepare detailed written reports upon completion of work orders.


What We’re Looking For



  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Service Technician.

  • Minimum three years of related industry experience and demonstrated ability to diagnose all standard vehicles.

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

  • Self‑starter with the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

  • Possession of a Class 3 Driver’s License or Air Brake Endorsement is considered a valuable asset.
