Job Description

• Current licensure or eligible for full license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
• ACLS
• PALS
• ATLS
• NRP
• Procedural Sedation
• PoCUS with EDE1 or equivalent
• AIME or equivalent airway management course

Position Details

Southern Health-Santé Sud is accepting applications for positions in the Emergency Department at Boundary Trails Health Centre. Start date and EFT can be negotiated.

Shifts include:

• ER-D: 0800-1600
• ER-2: 1000-1500
• ER-3: 1500-2000
• ER-E: 1500-1100
• ER-N: 1000-0800

Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree with post-graduate training in Family Medicine or Royal College Certification in Emergency Medicine
• Current licensure or eligible for full license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP
• Procedural Sedation
• PoCUS with EDE1 or equivalent
• AIME or equivalent airway management course

Remuneration and Hours

In accordance with the provincial contract negotiated with Doctors Manitoba and Shared Health.

Please submit a CV highlighting ED training (e.g., CCFP-EM), experience, and current certifications in PALS, ACLS, and ATLS. Include three references we may contact.

About Boundary Trails Health Centre

A 94-bed acute care facility serving a community of 40,000–50,000, offering services including emergency, inpatient medicine, dialysis, cancer care, palliative care, and surgical services.
