<p><b>Position</b>- <b>Duck Creek Billing Lead Developer</b></p><p><b>Location- Mississauga, ON, Canada (100% Remote)</b></p><p>Type- Fulltime </p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience:</b> 10+ Years</p><p> </p><p><b>Technical Skills (Primary):</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Duck Creek Billing development</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author Express and Manuscript tools</li><li>Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts especially PC Property Casualty</li><li>Lead the design development and implementation of Duck Creek Billing solutions</li><li>Collaborate with business analyst's architects and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team</li><li>Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards</li><li>Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting</li><li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client</li><li>Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide strategic input</li><li>Support integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Technical Skills (Secondary, Nice to have NOT MANDATORY):</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Possess strong written and oral communication skills</li><li>Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level</li><li>Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Skills</b></p><p><b>Mandatory Skills: </b>Duck Creek-Billing, Duck Creek-Claims, Duck Creek-Insights, Duck Creek-Policy, Duck Creek-Integration, Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, Azure API Management</p>
