Summary of key responsibilities
- Plan and execute segment specific strategies across paid channels (Homeowners vs. Industry Professionals); PPC, display / retargeting, affiliates
- Ensure full customer journey from paid channels is optimised, in coordination with other marketing functions (content, UX/UI and merchandising)
- Forecast, manage and report on paid spend and performance
- Research and test new strategies and channels to grow / optimise paid channels & email
- Report on competitor activity within paid channels
- Manage / coordinate with external agencies / contractors
What you must have
- 3+ years experience in digital media campaign management
- Rock-solid analytics alongside an ability to create insights and stories with data
- Customer first mind-set
- Solid GA and GTM experience
- Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and GA
- Marketing automation / eMail marketing experience
- Curious mindset & desire to improve what’s there, and build new and better
- Collaborative approach to marketing
- An audacious spirit that embraces uncertainty and challenges with enthusiasm
