Digital Experience & Marketing Specialist

CGC, and our parent company, USG are in an exciting phase of transformation—launching a new website platform, onboarding a new portfolio of products, and enhancing our digital marketing capabilities. The Digital Experience & Marketing Specialist will be a key player in making that happen.
This role blends technical execution with marketing creativity, supporting the Marketing & Communications team. Perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital platforms, data accuracy, and campaign delivery. From working in Contentful and our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to creating lead generating content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll help shape a seamless and engaging digital presence for CGC.
Role Summary
As the Digital Experience & Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation—ensuring our new website, marketing campaigns, and all digital touchpoints deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll manage content migration, oversee product onboarding, coordinate translations, and drive engaging email marketing through Salesforce Marketing Cloud—all with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Digital Experiences
Lead the migration of content and assets to our new website platform, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and ease of discovery.
Maintain and organize assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for accessible, rights-approved content.
Manage site content within Contentful, focusing on structure, clarity, and quality.
Ensure every customer interaction—from visuals to text—meets accessibility and brand standards.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Own the design, segmentation, and delivery of newsletters and email journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Craft personalized campaigns, leveraging audience insights and performance metrics to optimize engagement.
Manage segmentation, audience targeting, journey mapping, and A/B testing to improve engagement and performance.
Build and analyze reports to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Conduct content audits, optimize information, and maximize site metrics to enhance visitor engagement.
Product Marketing & Data Integration
Facilitate the onboarding of a new product portfolio into the CGC system. Conduct quality checks and collaborate with Product, Sales, and external vendors to generate content & maintain accuracy.
Craft compelling and cohesive content across various channels. Use strong copywriting skills to engage and convert target audiences.
Build strong relationships with CGCs Global and Americas counterparts to understand and identify relevant programs, campaigns, and content that can be leveraged in local markets.
Validate and enhance product specs, descriptions, and assets, ensuring product information is compelling and compliant.
Coordinate seamless translations with third parties, delivering messaging that resonates in every language.
Event & Brand Marketing Support
Support development of creative briefs for paid media assets and other marketing materials, contribute to ad copywriting, and manage internal review and approval processes.
Assist in the rollout of brand and promotional campaigns across paid, owned, and offline channels.
Support marketing events, product launches, and trade shows—helping assemble collateral, manage assets, and ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with tag management tools and strong analytical skills to understand business problems, analyze trends, and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with DAM systems and Contentful (or similar CMS).
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification is a plus.
Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external vendors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving abilities.
