<p>Job Description</p><p>Title: Developmental Support Worker (DSW)</p><p>Pay Rate: $23–25/hr</p><p>Location: Oakville, ON</p><p>Responsibilities & Requirements</p><ul><li>Provide support and complex care for adult clients in a group home setting.</li><li>Administer medications as required and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and behavior management.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized programs and goal-focused activities.</li><li>Maintain detailed case notes and reports.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client safety and well-being.</li><li>Demonstrate physical strength, mobility, and endurance for client care and activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.</li></ul><p>Mandatory Certifications & Documents</p><ul><li>UMAB Certification</li><li>CPR and First Aid Certification</li><li>Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)</li><li>TB Test Results</li><li>Complete Immunization Record.</li><li>COVID-19 Vaccination Record.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working as a DSW (complex care experience preferred).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p>Job Type: On Call</p><p>Job Types: Part-time, Casual</p><p>Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour</p><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>CPR and First Aid Certification (required)</li><li>Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) (required)</li><li>TB Test Results (required)</li><li>Complete Immunization Record.
