MUST HAVE ATLEAST 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AT DENTAL OFFICE If you're excited about helping people, seeing the results immediately, and delivering great treatment, then you'll love this position! Responsibilities: * Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities. * Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through * treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact * Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism. * Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested. * Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships * Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients. * Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations. * Manage recall and inactive patient system. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * 2 years of previous dental administration experience preferred. * Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community; a team player. * Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service). * Knowledge of any dental software required.
