Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Delivery Installation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and installation of fitness equipment for customers. Daily tasks include planning and executing equipment delivery schedules, assembling and setting up products at customer locations, conducting quality checks, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves adhering to safety standards and maintaining professionalism during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Delivery and assembly skills, experience with fitness equipment or similar products is a plus
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, moving, and assembling equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Time management and organizational abilities to ensure punctual and efficient service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and practices
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in a related role is an asset
