Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work full-time hours for our client located in Kanata, ON. Our client strives to be an employer of choice, to attract and retain top talent, and to provide a safe and positive work environment for all of its team members.

• Pay rate: $18.50/hour
  
• Location: Kanata , ON
  
• Availability Required: 9:00am 9:00pm Monday to Friday
  
• Job type: Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack shipments of materials and grocery items to be unloaded to storage;
  
• Support customers with their general inquiries and questions
  
• To prepare appropriate documents and maintain records
  
• To ensure that all shipments are accurately and properly prepared to the customer's destination
  
• Unloading and loading trucks of their contents
  
• Some cleaning
  
• Other Duties as assigned
  

The Customer Service Representative must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED;
  
• Availability to work within 9:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday;
  
• Written, Oral and Spoken communication skills in English;
  
• Basic Physical abilities (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs);
  
• Strong attention to detail and data reporting skills;
  
• Warehouse experience would be considered an asset;
  
• Retail experience would be considered an asset.
