<p><b>Introduction</b></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic Customer Fulfillment Representative for our client who is a leader in water technologies. This pivotal role will manage and execute financial projects, with a focus on improving the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to drive continuous improvement, and work together with the commercial team. This is a one-year contract, on a hybrid schedule, available immediately. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Project Management and Financial Analysis:</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and progress updates. </li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis to support project goals and uncover unbilled transactions. </li><li>Prepare and present financial reports and summaries to management. </li><li>Invoice Quality Management:</li><li>Lead and improve the daily performance of the invoice quality team. </li><li>Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and performance monitoring. </li><li>Meet and exceed inventory quality expectations and turnaround time targets. </li><li>Analyze credits and drive operational improvements through process enhancements. </li><li>Operational Excellence:</li><li>Meet daily KPIs related to billing operations and implement corrective actions as needed. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis of issues/disputes and ensure process adherence. </li><li>Investigate and escalate issues using SAP and Salesforce. </li><li>Collaborate with business leaders, fulfillment team, and sales to address unbilled transactions and resolve escalations. </li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration and Knowledge Management:</li><li>Actively participate in quality meetings and provide insights on areas for improvement. </li><li>Support the companies collectors with receivables disputes. </li><li>Work cross-functionally with peers, leadership, and global teams. </li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting:</li><li>Utilize Tableau reports and dashboards to analyze data and provide solutions for cost savings and process improvements. </li><li>Perform debits and collaborate with commercial members to deliver billings in accordance with customer expectations. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in customer service, fulfillment, or finance.</li><li>Diploma/certificate preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP and CRM software.</li><li>Strong digital mindset with the ability to work with various software platforms.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.</li><li>Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Suite and basic presentation skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p>Why apply through Brunel?
