- Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics with transportation and operations teams.
- Manage day-to-day customer service tasks for e-commerce/Shopify fulfillment operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate order fulfillment.Job Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of Customer Service experience
- Order entry experience – order entry, scheduling, tracking, and proactive updates.
