Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p><b>Work Flexibility: </b>Hybrid</p><p><b>On Site Location: </b>2 Medicorum Place, Waterdown, ON</p><p><b>Shift: </b>Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)</p><p><b>Summary:</b></p><p>The Sales Compensation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of the sales incentive compensation programs including documentation, reporting, and first line issue resolution for the sales force.</p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the initial point of contact for sales representative inquiries, managing ticket assignment and first-level responses within the Forma ticketing system.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing to validate and resolve tickets and inquiries.</li><li>Assist Analysts with regular audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity across Forma and related reporting tools.</li><li>Manage sales representative reporting hierarchy, territory changes, and set-up across integrated platforms, including maintaining the internal sales rep master file.</li><li>Coordinate set-up and maintenance of quotas, change processing, and PTQ report troubleshooting for all divisions.</li><li>Support monthly validation of PTQ and Forma dashboards, troubleshooting discrepancies and working with Analysts, Divisions, and Forma to resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain and communicate the compensation calendar to ensure commercial teams meet all deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate annual award measurement criteria, partnering with Divisions and Forma to ensure accurate metric setup and timely delivery, and maintain Sales Compensation Training user guides.</li></ul><p><b>What You Need:</b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Post-Secondary Education or equivalent</li></ul><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>University Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources</li><li>Related experience in an administration or coordinator role, preferably in Compensation or Sales Operations</li></ul><p>Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.</p><p><b>Posted: </b>December 2, 2025</p>Travel Percentage: 0%Create Your Resume First
