Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short and long-term goals.
  • Produce creative and engaging content to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and connect with target audience.
  • Craft compelling blog posts, social media content, emails, landing page copy, and website content tailored to specific market segments.
  • Implement and optimize content according to SEO best practices.
  • Maintain CAA’s social media presence across all platforms, engaging with current and potential customers.
  • Create and execute organic and paid social media marketing campaigns.
  • Provide research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends to improve member experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content calendars and ensure brand consistency.
  • Establish style guides to create engaging content aligned with our brand.
  • Track and calculate content ROI.
  • Possess basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools.


  • Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities (required).
  • Experience with content management systems, design tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Editorial competency – audits to optimize content.
  • Sound knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Job Type: Remote FT Permanent – 7.25 hrs/day Monday – Friday

Work Location: Ideal candidate must live in Saskatchewan, preferably Regina or Saskatoon. The successful candidate will travel to Regina and/or Saskatoon for team meetings, in-office collaboration, etc.

Salary Range: $56,286.10 – $67,068.30

Compensation is negotiable based on the applicants skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
