About the Role
The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of Crete-Teks industrial construction services. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, preparing estimates and proposals (with internal support), and acting as a key point of contact between clients and project teams. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of construction services, and the ability to represent Crete-Tek professionally in competitive bidding and negotiated work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Identify new project opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote Crete-Teks services, including concrete, carpentry, cladding, and asbestos abatement.
- Follow up on leads, bids, and proposals to secure awarded work.
- Coordinate handoff of awarded projects to project management and operations teams.
- Represent Crete-Tek at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in construction or industrial sales (preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
