Construction ICI Project Manager – Head Office-Cambridge, Ontario
Salary: Starting $110K per annum with pay commensurate on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from pre-construction through occupancy.
- Coordinate consultants, trades, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Implement and monitor cost control, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario building codes, OHSA, and Traugott’s quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff, fostering growth and accountability.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to exceed expectations.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the Eastern Division.

The Person
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in ICI, LTC, or residential construction.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on schedule and budget.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario construction legislation, codes, and safety regulations.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
