What Youll Do
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close procedures
- Support invoice processing, vendor tracking, and expense analysis
- Prepare internal reports and organize financial documentation
- Take on special finance-related projects as needed
What You Bring
- Enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, or Business program
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset
- Willingness/Understanding to learn tools like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar
- Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality
