What Youll Do

• Safely operate dump trucks for transporting construction materials.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance.
• Load, secure, and deliver gravel, dirt, debris, and other materials to job sites.
• Maintain accurate records and complete delivery documentation.
• Uphold and promote a strong safety culture on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel.

What Were Looking For

• Valid Class 1 drivers license with required endorsements.
• Proven experience driving dump trucks.minimum 6 years gravel hauling experience.
• A clean driving abstract with no violations.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed).
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance.

Nice to Have

• Experience using mobile technology for communication or logging.
• Previous experience in construction environments.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor construction sites (seasonal).
• Exposure to varying weather and physical exertion.
• May involve irregular hours to meet project timelines.

Conditions of Employment

• Valid Class 1 drivers license.
• Clean drivers abstract.
• Reliable transportation.
