The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, committed to high-quality service, and eager to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment solutions.</p><p>As a Chiropractor, you will play a key role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, with a strong focus on pain management, rehabilitation, and overall wellness. Your expertise will help patients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, hands-on therapy, and ongoing education.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and conditions.</li><li>Administer chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and other therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.</li><li>Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and long-term wellness.</li><li>Utilize evidence-based chiropractic techniques, such as spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy, active release, and manual therapy.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.</li><li>Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.</li><li>Provide guidance on stretching, strengthening exercises, and ergonomic adjustments to enhance patient well-being.</li><li>Stay informed on advancements in chiropractic care and participate in professional development opportunities.</li><li>Adhere to all ethical, professional, and legal standards in chiropractic practice.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Education: Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Licensing: Valid chiropractic license and certification to practice in Ontario.</li><li>Experience: Experience in primary care, rehabilitation, or sports therapy is an asset but not required.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Preferred but not required: Additional training or experience in modalities such as TENS, laser therapy, acupuncture, or Graston technique.</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance.</li><li>A collaborative work environment alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>A fully equipped, modern clinic setting with state-of-the-art treatment facilities.</li><li>Competitive compensation structure.</li></ul><p>Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients through effective and compassionate chiropractic care.
