The majority of our business is referral based, and we believe this is attributable to both our original designs and to the level of personal attention given to every client.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b><br /></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our team in Coalhurst, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery—from planning and scheduling to budgeting and client communication.<br /></p><p>This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with project management and business software systems, including Innergy. While knowledge of millwork and cabinetry is an asset, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, streamline processes, and leverage technology for efficiency is our top priority.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>WORKING CONDITIONS</b><br /></p><p>This job is a full-time position, with flexible hours, typically 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Annual salary for this position will be $70,000-90,000 depending on experience and education levels. A full-benefits package will be provided following a successful probationary period. This position will include on the job training.<br /></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br /></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of project performance, including schedules, progress, budgets, and quality control.<br /></li><li>Build and maintain excellent client and internal team relationships.<br /></li><li>Create, manage, and adjust project schedules in conjunction with production schedules.<br /></li><li>Use Innergy and other project management tools to track milestones, manage budgets, and monitor project status.<br /></li><li>Define scope and coordinate with designers, engineers and clients to align expectations.<br /></li><li>Facilitate the approval process for shop drawings, ensuring accuracy before production.<br /></li><li>Identify process improvements and use data/software reporting to recommend efficiency gains.<br /></li><li>Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate issues.<br /></li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building codes.<br /></li><li>Prepare project reports and updates using Innergy and other software platforms.<br /></li><li>Resolve project issues quickly and constructively.<br /></li><li>Manage closeout processes and successful handover to clients.<br /></li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br /></li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>PREFERRED/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><br /></p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.<br /></li><li>Proficiency in Innergy and other project <span >management/business</span> software systems.<br /></li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.<br /></li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.<br /></li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.<br /></li><li>Experience in project management within millwork, cabinetry, or construction is an asset but not required.<br /></li><li>Valid Alberta driver’s license and reliable transportation.<br /></li><li>Certifications in project management are an asset.<br /></li><li>Experience with Wood Products, Architectural Millwork, Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath, etc.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><br /></p></p>Create Your Resume First
