<p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul>
<li>Design and develop advanced analytical and optimization tools to support enterprise planning initiatives and decision making, including:</li>
<li>Capacity Modelling and forecasting for production and resource allocation</li>
<li>Resource planning to optimize workforce, materials, and scheduling</li>
<li>Linear Programming and Network Optimization to drive cost efficiency and throughput</li>
<li>Queueing Theory and Simulation Modelling to improve system flow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase performance predictability</li>
<li>Build and automate dynamic reporting solutions, leveraging data visualization and modeling tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Python-based analytics) to enhance business transparency and efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, define project objectives, and deliver solutions that directly support business goals.</li>
<li>Lead or participate in special projects focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and performance optimization, from concept through implementation.</li>
<li>Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, streamlining workflows, and introducing innovative analytics techniques to elevate business performance.</li>
<li>Support and maintain departmental tools, utilities, and databases to ensure integrity, accuracy, and long-term scalability of analytics systems.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues in analytical tools and reporting systems, ensuring seamless operation and reliability across platforms.</li>
<li>Provide thought leadership and mentorship to peers by sharing best practices, analytical methodologies, and technical expertise to strengthen overall team capability.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate Degree</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies</li>
<li>Development experience with Python, SQL Databases</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>University degree in Data Management and/or Industrial Engineering</li>
<li>Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques and Operations Research</li>
