Position Overview: This Business Development role is critical for driving growth and expanding market presence within the senior care industry. This position involves strategic planning, relationship building, and identifying new business opportunities. The Senior Business Development professional collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and leadership, to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the senior care industry in Toronto and the GTA
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience with Long Term Care Homes or Retirement Homes in Toronto and the GTA

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and deliver the overall business development strategy for senior care services.
  • Recommend investments in key strategic partnerships.
  • Identify industry challenges and develop problem-solving strategies.
  • Is an expert in senior care industry trends.

Marketing and Community Building:

  • Drive engagement within the senior care community.


Skills:

  • Strong Business Relationship and Networking skills
  • Understanding of sector/market/business trends.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation.
