Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Scarborough, ON

We are a well-established staffing and recruitment company seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full sales cycle and a strong understanding of client acquisition and account management within the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for staffing and recruitment services
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing client accounts
  • Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and staffing requirements
  • Present staffing solutions including temporary, contract, and permanent placements
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms with clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Track KPIs, sales metrics, and revenue targets to ensure business goals are met

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing (staffing industry experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred

Job Details

  • Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
