Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Scarborough, ON
We are a well-established staffing and recruitment company seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full sales cycle and a strong understanding of client acquisition and account management within the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for staffing and recruitment services
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing client accounts
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and staffing requirements
- Present staffing solutions including temporary, contract, and permanent placements
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms with clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Track KPIs, sales metrics, and revenue targets to ensure business goals are met
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing (staffing industry experience preferred)
- Demonstrated success in business development or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred
