<p><p>The Select Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a multi-year digital transformation program for a top financial client in the Toronto area. Please review the details below and <b>apply today!</b></p><p><b>Position:</b> Sr. Business Analyst</p><p><b>Location:</b> Toronto, ON (3 days/week in-office)</p><p><b>Contract:</b> 12 months + likely extension</p><p><b>Interview Process:</b> 2 rounds</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Document detailed project requirements and process changes</li><li>Collaborate with product and digital vendor, and technology teams</li><li>Facilitate communication between digital vendor (apply digital) and internal teams to define strategy and build out requirements</li><li>Support the rollout of new digital customer/member platforms</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5 years of experience in digital transformation</li><li>Strong experience in requirements documentation</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of business analysis methodologies</li><li>Background in financial services, wealth management, or pension fund</li></ul><p>TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
