Business Analyst

Job Description

<p>We're looking for a new graduate Business Analyst with a business-related degree to support an AI project team. You'll help gather and document requirements, support process improvements, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to keep delivery on track. Co-op or internship experience is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Gather, document, and confirm business and system requirements</li><li>Help map current and future processes (as-is / to-be)</li><li>Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic workflow diagrams</li><li>Support testing activities (test cases, UAT coordination, issue tracking)</li><li>Assist with project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates</li><li>Work with PMs, developers, and business partners to clarify scope and changes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>New grad with a business background/degree (Business, Commerce, MIS, etc.)</li><li>Co-op/internship experience in BA, IT, operations, or project support is an asset</li><li>Experience with AI/Machine Learning is an asset</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis</li><li>Interest in technology and learning how systems work</li><li>Organized, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>Exposure to Agile/Scrum (Jira/Confluence)</li><li>Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or software development lifecycle (SDLC)</li><li>Experience writing user stories or supporting UAT</li></ul><p></p>
