Job Description

Our FI/ Banking client is currently looking for a freelance Bilingual Proofreader / Copy Editor (English and QC French) to help with some upcoming project based work.



This is a fully remote opportunity for ad hoc / project based work that could lead to additional projects in the future. This will likely end up being 10-20 hours per week.



The Bilingual Proofreader / Editor will:

- Proof all aspects of an integrated campaign in both English and French, spanning across print and digital assets (social media, video scripts, OOH graphics, headlines etc).

- Ensure there are no spelling or grammatical errors in both languages and the English translates correctly into French.

- Copy edit when needed, and be able to track changes



The Bilingual Proofreader / Editor MUST:

- Have an eagle eye for grammar and spelling

- Fluent with French and English, and translations from English to French

- Be communicative with client along the way

- Be able to work quickly and turn around within a day or two.
