They're seeking a Bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working with technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Manage and verify documentation to support rebate eligibility transfers
- Maintain and update member records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is current
- Handle deposit or cancellation disputes, escalating complex cases when appropriate
- Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups
- Generate reports and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Provide basic IT hardware and software support (training provided) to assist members effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical, membership, or administrative environment
- Strong interest or experience in IT hardware and/or software support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms (asset)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
