<b>Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Insurance)</b><br>

Exciting opportunity in the insurance industry providing bilingual support to group benefits clients in a fast-paced contact centre. Multiple openings available. Hybrid work model with offices in Montréal, Halifax, and Waterloo. Perfect for detail-oriented professionals fluent in English and French, with strong communication and digital skills.<br>

<br>• Hourly salary of $24.96.<br>
<br>• 6-month contract.<br>
<br>• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.<br>
<br>• 9-week training: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AST.<br>
<br>• Rotating shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM AST.<br>
<br>• In-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.<br>
<br>• Remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.<br>
<br>• Positions available: 15-22.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Handle approximately 50 inbound calls daily, assisting clients with inquiries related to group insurance plans.<br>
<br>• Deliver accurate, timely information on products and services in both English and French.<br>
<br>• Follow up on requests from internal and external clients with professionalism and empathy.<br>
<br>• Navigate multiple systems and tools confidently to resolve client issues.<br>
<br>• Maintain high standards of service quality and confidentiality.<br>
<br>• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement.<br>
<br>• Meet performance targets and adapt to evolving client needs and business priorities.<br>
<br>• Use problem-solving and research skills to handle complex requests efficiently.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>

<br>• High school diploma is required.<br>
<br>• College or university education is considered an asset.<br>
<br>• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.<br>
<br>• 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center, administrative, retail, or service-based environment.<br>
<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Teams.<br>
<br>• Ability to work across multiple applications simultaneously.<br>
<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
<br>• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new information.<br>
<br>• Comfortable with rotating schedules and meeting service-level goals.<br>
<br>• Reliable home setup including Ethernet connection and a private, quiet workspace.<br>
<br>• Experience in group benefits, insurance, or with Salesforce is an asset.<br>
<br>• Positive, friendly, and adaptable approach to customer interactions.<br>
<br>• Track record of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.<br>
