<p>eleven eleven kitchen + bar is looking to hire our inaugural team</p><p>A new type of watering hole. Bringing a simple concept of elevated service and care to your neighborhood local. Join an environment where we are going to be putting an emphasis on service levels, care for each customer and each team member as well as the top-quality products we will be serving.</p><p>eleven eleven kitchen + bar will share a common kitchen with Zero Latency On Tilt (a free roam virtual reality arena) and will focus on an elevated pub fare menu. All menu items are expected to be made from fresh ingredients and combined wonderful flavor combinations.</p><p>Are you looking to use your talents creatively in a lounge bar? Do you love meeting people and take providing service personally? You might be perfect for our Bartender position</p><p>We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment, has excellent customer service skills, and is appreciative of the restaurant industry.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Bartend and provide exceptional customer service to guests within the bar by providing drinks and food orders and taking payment for these orders</p><p>· Prepare drinks for our guests and servers in a timely manner</p><p>· Maintain bar area stocked and cleaned. Display a professional and friendly demeanor at all times</p><p>· Have enthusiasm and knowledge of our menu offerings, extensive drinks menu and any on-going promotions</p><p>· Interact with customers and be able to identify their desired drink</p><p>· Skillfully mix a variety of drinks to the customer's desired specifications</p><p>· Ensure that drinks are free from contamination</p><p>· Manage inventory of stock, liquor and other supplies</p><p>· Provide creative drink menu ideas for on-going promotions</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>· 2+ years if bartending experience</p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>· Must be of legal drinking age</p><p>· Smart Serve and ProServe Certification</p><p>· Mixology Certification considered a definite asset</p><p>· Ability to multitask</p><p>· Positive and friendly attitude</p><p>· Must be able to stand for long periods of time</p><p>· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p><p>Core Skills:</p><p>· Positive attitude</p><p>· Excellent customer service</p><p>· Interpersonal communication</p><p>· Multitasking</p><p>· Time management</p><p>· Team player</p><p>· Cocktail design</p><p>· Discretion</p><p>· Professional conduct</p><p>· Consistency</p><p>· Ability to work Point of Sale (POS)</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Company events</li><li>Discounted or free food</li><li>Store discount</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Secondary School (preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>serving: 2 years (required)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>ProServe (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
