Job Description:
Our client, is a multiple family office that have offices in Toronto and Vaughan, and you can work out of either. They provide counsel on investment and wealth planning.
As a Family Office Associate/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their ultra-high-net-worth families through two core pillars: reporting and client service. You’ll be responsible for the accurate transcription and consolidation of financial information from various statements and data sources, while also assisting with the ongoing, often bespoke, service needs of their families. This position requires someone who is meticulous, highly organized, and capable of balancing precision with a client-first mindset.

Job Requirements: CPA designation or close to attaining
Comfortable working in the office – 3-4 days a week
Previous experience in financial services, family office, or wealth management environments, with exposure to reporting or data management
Proven experience in data entry, transcription, or reconciliation of financial information from multiple custodians or systems
