Responsibilities
- Coach, develop and retain a high‑performing sales team focused on customer experience
- Manage and run store operations with an innovative spirit that adapts to change

- Promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
- Engage and grow the customer base with personalized communication via phone calls and business text messaging

What We’re Looking For

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, occasional evenings and weekends, and a full 40‑hour week
