Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Broker to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and developing licensed agents. As the ABM, you will play a key role in driving the success of the brokerage by recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and ensuring that agents reach their highest potential through ongoing training and support.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>Agent Recruitment:<ul><li>Proactively recruit licensed real estate agents to grow the brokerage.</li><li>Implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract new and experienced agents.</li><li>Manage and execute the full recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and agent retention efforts.</li></ul>
Coaching and Development:<ul><li>Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.</li><li>Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to help agents achieve their professional goals.</li><li>Assist agents in building and expanding their client base through effective lead-generation strategies.</li></ul>
Team Leadership:<ul><li>Cultivate a supportive, team-oriented culture that promotes growth and collaboration.</li><li>Guide agents in resolving transactional challenges and navigating complex real estate deals.</li><li>Encourage a continuous learning mindset by providing regular industry updates, market insights, and best practices.</li></ul>
Performance Monitoring:<ul><li>Track agents' performance metrics and help them set and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and work with agents to implement actionable plans for success.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active real estate broker's license in Ontario.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of leadership experience at a real estate brokerage.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and managing licensed Realtors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a diverse group of agents.</li><li>Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.</li></ul>
