About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, internal schedules, and virtual meeting coordination
- Prepare, proof, and format documents, reports, and internal communications
- Assist with data entry, workflow updates, and administrative processes
- Support onboarding for new team members
- Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems
- Provide general admin support to multiple business functions
