We Are Hiring a Full-Time Accountant in Kingsville, ON!
Up to $85,000 + Benefits, RRSP Contributions & Bonus Potential
Full-time, on-site
Monday to Friday schedule
Responsibilities:
Support the Controller with daily accounting operations and monthly financial reporting.
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and remittances.
Manage cost accounting, inventory reconciliations, customs paperwork, wire payments, and foreign currency transactions.
Monitor and report on cost of goods sold, production variances, and general ledger entries related to manufacturing operations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and HST filings while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.
Requirements:
5+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small office environment.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and full-cycle bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Sage 50 CAD Edition (or similar ERP/MRP system).
Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation (or in progress) considered an asset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
