If you have a proven track record in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and possess a 433A Millwright License, we want to hear from you!</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ol><li><b><strong>Equipment Maintenance:</strong></b> Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery, including conveyor systems, pumps, compressors, and other production equipment.</li><li><b><strong>Installation and Repairs:</strong></b> Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.</li><li><b><strong>Blueprints and Schematics:</strong></b> Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals to carry out maintenance and repair tasks accurately.</li><li><b><strong>Troubleshooting:</strong></b> Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain the continuous operation of machinery. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and address concerns.</li><li><b><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong></b> Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the overall safety culture.</li><li><b><strong>Documentation:</strong></b> Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used, time spent on tasks, and any additional relevant information.</li><li><b><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong></b> Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and production staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li></ol><p><b><strong>Requirements:</strong></b></p><ol><li><b><strong>433A Millwright License:</strong></b> Must hold a valid 433A Millwright License in the province of Ontario.</li><li><b><strong>Experience:</strong></b> Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting, with expertise in machinery installation, maintenance, and repair.</li><li><b><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></b> Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in using hand and power tools, and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.</li><li><b><strong>Safety Conscious:</strong></b> Prioritize safety in all aspects of work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li><b><strong>Team Player:</strong></b> Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.</li><li><b><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong></b> Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues efficiently.</li><li><b><strong>Availability:</strong></b> Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies outside regular working hours.</li></ol></p></p>
