Our client, a dental office at Dufferin and St. Clairin Toronto, seeks an experienced Dental Hygienist.
POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- NEW Grads welcome
- Saturday mandatory + 1 weekday (day optional Mon-Thurs)
LOCATION
Toronto (Dufferin/St. Clair - free parking)
HOURS
- Monday (8:45-6)
- Saturday (8:45-2) Mandatory
COMPENSATION
- $45-$52 Competitive TBD depending on experience and performance
JOB OVERVIEW
- Choice of Cavitron or Handscaling
- New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Polishing and fluoride treatments
- Dental impressions and bleaching trays
- Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning
- Taking impressions of teeth for study models
- Digital radiography
- Charting patients, updating medical history
- Oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
