We are seeking a Receptionist for a client in the restoration industry. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, optimizing the daily calendar for efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing client needs with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall office functionality.
  • Manage the schedule for employees


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
  • Knowledge about insurance claims software is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
